Community Engagement
Rooted in life and teachings of Christ, our mission is to foster meaningful connections and collaborations with the people around us. Loving our neighbor is an essential part of faith formation. Many Samford students, faculty and staff seek to do just this through acts of service, mutual learning and a long-term commitment to our city.
Greek Life
Greek Life at Samford is like no other community. Sororities and fraternities at Samford are purposeful - we serve our community and give to righteous causes because that's what Samford is about. We are faithful - we live out our faith through fellowship and everyday grace. And we are real - we support each other's journeys through college and life.
Parent and Family Programs
Parents and family members are a very important aspect of the Samford family. The Office of Parent and Family Programs coordinates Family Weekend and the Parents Association, and serves as a resource for parents.
Residence Life
Residence Life manages undergraduate housing on campus, move-in and roommate requests. Learn more about our residence halls, housing policies and procedures, and what you should and shouldn't bring for your room.
Spiritual Life
The Office of Spiritual Life exists to build relationships with students and to create engaging opportunities through small group interactions, meaningful worship services, mentoring, and missions experiences both locally and internationally. Our goal is to help students deepen their faith and engage in Christian community, leading to a lifetime of walking with Christ.
Student Conduct
Student Conduct is engaged in managing the processes prescribed by the Undergraduate Honor Code. The Coordinator provides Undergraduate Honor Code education to the campus, and training for members of the Honor Council.
Student Development and Support
Student Development and Support provides opportunities and resources for students to explore organizational involvement, expand leadership competencies, enhance academic experiences, establish meaningful relationships and promote personal health and wellness. Events, programs and services offered are designed to encourage and challenge students to grow, serve and lead as modeled by Christ.

Title IX
The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the University’s compliance with Federal Title IX policies, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Clery Act. Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender in educational programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
