BIRMINGHAM---Washington, D.C., area alumni, parents and friends of Samford
University are invited to a picnic Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 7:30 p.m., during
the U.S. Marine Band Concert on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol.
The event is free. Reservations are requested by Aug. 16. For information and
