Kelly Fitzgerald of Madison, Miss., was elected president of the Student Bar Association for 2003-04 at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Fitzgerald, a second-year law student, was elected by the 488-member Cumberland student body. She will serve as the primary liaison between students and the law school administration.
Other newly elected SBA officers are: John Isaac Southerland of Kinston, N.C., vice president; Ashley Mims of Marietta, Ga., secretary; and Hans Schmidt of Nashville, Tenn., treasurer.
