Orientation Checklist
Before Orientation
- Check the Orientation Schedule to familiarize yourself with what you will be doing while you are here.
- Have your physician complete and sign the Health Form for Residential Students (includes the Health Form and the Immunization Record) or the Immunization Record for commuter students and bring with you to orientation if you have not already mailed it to Student Health.

- You were mailed an e-mail address user name and password from Technology Services after your admission to Samford. If you don't know your user name, you can call Technology Services User Support at 205-726-2662 and they will have computer services mail it to your home address. You will need to have your user name and password to register for Orientation.
- Pack your bags for an overnight stay in the residence hall. Remember the residence hall is bare, only a room with a bed so you will need to bring sheets, towels and bath necessities. (What to Bring)
