Laura Beth Gable holds the bachelor of music degree in theory andcomposition with University honors from Samford University and the master ofmusic degree in piano performance and pedagogy, also from Samford. Mrs. Gable has taught private piano and musicianship classesin the Samford Preparatory Music Department since 2008. She was the winner of the 2010 AMTA Composition Competitionin the Young Artist category and her compositions were featured in a masterclass with composer Samuel Adler. In her spare time she enjoys classic films, reading and spending timewith family, particularly her husband, Robert.
