For general and technical questions related to Banner Self-Service, please contact the Computer Technology Services Help Desk via telephone number 726-2662 or via e-mail at support@samford.edu.
The Help Desk will guide you through a series of questions to determine what the probable source and resolution of the problem. Resolutions may require routing of the problem identified to another member of the Banner Project Team. Resolution of your problem will occur in as timely a fashion as possible.
