Prior to the Registration "Go-Live" date in April 2007, we recommend you get your computer ready for Banner.

Hardware – Computer Screen Resolution

The screen resolution should be 1024 x 768. To change your screen resolution:

• Right click on the Windows desktop.
• Click on "Properties"
• Click on the "Settings" tab.
• Near the bottom left of the screen, drag the "Screen Resolution" slider until it reads 1024 x 768.
• Click on "Apply."
• Click "Okay."

Internet – Browser Configuration

A necessary step prior to using Banner is to configure Internet Explorer. User Services has developed a Banner Support Page with information on how to perform this function. Questions? Contact User Services at 726-2662.
