Class descriptions

Jazzercise: Is a fitness program that combines elements of Jazz dance into aerobic exercise.

Kickboxing: Is a fitness program that is a great way to get in shape. Participants will achieve increased agility and core strength.

Classes are open to anyone. Please meet at the closet next to the weight room in Seibert Gym to sign-in before class.

$3 per class or $30 for a semester pass (good for as many classes as desired).
