    Fitness Classes

    Classes are open to anyone. Classes will meet in room 106 Seibert Gym. If you need directions come to the Campus Rec office. All classes are free and spots will be limited so please come early. Once the room is filled, the door will be closed. The full class schedule is listed below.

    Barre

    Classes are held Tues/Thurs 7pm - 8pm

    Barre. combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles - without the impact and injuries dancers endure.

    The other, just as significant, aspect of barre. is the focus it demands. And the focus you reclaim as you go through your workout - armed (with well-defined arms we might add) to face the rest of your day calmly, confidently, health-fully.

    For this class you will need to bring a water and a small towel.

    Zumba

    Classes are held Mon/Wed 6pm - 7pm  and  Tues/Thurs 5pm - 6pm

    This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. This is an absolute blast of one hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!!!

    Spin Cycle

    Classes are held Tues/Thurs 4pm - 5pm

    Jump on a bike and channel your inner Lance Armstrong in this instructor led class.

    Yoga

    Classes are held Mon/Wed 4pm - 5pm  and  Tues/Thurs 4pm - 5pm & 6pm - 7pm

    Does your school work have you stressed? Are you wanting to start on the path to a healthy life style? Come to our yoga class and relieve the stresses from college life!

    Core/Body Toning

    Classes are held Mon/Wed 5pm - 6pm

    This class is what it says it is. We are working on your body to get it ready for the beach. If abs are what you like, I would suggest checking this class out.
