Lunch & Dinner Offerings
The daily offerings for both Lunch as well as for Dinner include the following:
The Pizza Station – offers 3 choices of homemade pizzas & hot wings
The Deli Station – offers a daily specialty sandwich plus meats, cheeses, and meat salads (i.e., chicken, tuna, ham) so you build your own sandwich if you so choose
The Southern Comfort Station – offers all of your favorite entrees, such as meat loaf, lasagna, fried chicken, pork loin, plus all of your favorite veggies
The Action Station – offers the chef's daily creations of some of your favorite dishes, such as omelets, stir frys, and specialty salads (the wait is just a little longer, but well worth it)!
The "Lighter Fare" Station – offers baked, broiled, and steamed choices
The Grill Station – offers chicken sandwiches, grilled or fried, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, and a variety of fries…don't forget the chili for your fries!
The Salad Station – offers all of the garden veggies, choice of lettuces, sunflower seeds, legumes, raisins, olives, and a selection of fresh fruit to make one of the best salads around!
The Dessert Station – offers the best cookies in town, cakes, pies, cobblers, bread pudding, banana pudding, and brownies…just to name a few of our popular goodies (Don't forget the soft-serve yourt and the hand-dipped ice cream)!
