Faculty & Staff Parking/Traffic Appeal Form

Appeals must be filed within 10 calendar days from the violation. You will not appear personally before the Traffic Court with your appeal. If the Traffic Court has questions concerning your appeal, you will be contacted. Complete the appeal form as thoroughly as possible to insure review of all relevant information concerning your appeal. The decision of the Traffic Court appeal process is final.
