University Calendar

The public university calendar can be a powerful marketing tool. The public calendar often is the first source of information about campus events that are intended for the community-at-large. Placing your event and event details, including relevant registration, ticket and contact information, on the public calendar is helpful both for the event planner and for others on campus and in the community. The public calendar also is the primary source for Samford’s primary publications, campus digital signage and other public community calendars.

 R25 is the event management software used to reserve space and schedule events at Samford. Not all space/event requests made through R25 should be placed on the public calendar because they are internal events only. When scheduling an event in R25, be sure to check the option for your event to be shown on the public calendar.
