room numbers and names
Usually, it is acceptable to drop the word room from addresses, as long as you do so consistently throughout the publication:
            Our office is in 314 Samford Hall.
            212 Brooks Hall
            210A RWBUC
            129 Chapman Hall
            N101 Divinity Hall

Don’t capitalize room when it is followed by a number, unless it is the first word in a sentence.

Capitalize room and similar words when part of a proper or well-known name:
            the Auxiliary Room
            the Flag Colonnade
