Samford Outperforms the SEC

Samford University had an exceptional tournament at the SEC District Tournament in Atlanta.

Senior Clark Bowers and Junior Nick Agnello made it all the way to the finals of the tournament, defeating teams from Emory, Wake Forest, and Vanderbilt along the way.

Senior John Wilkerson and Sophomore Chad Macumber qualfied out of the District for the National Debate Tournament, and will represent Samford along with Nick & Clark at this year's NDT.

Meanwhile, 1st year Erin Ramsey and Logan Gramzinski also had an excellent tournament, with Gramzinski capturing the top speaker for the SEC region.
