Charles Dunn has been a practicing attorney since his admittance to the Alabama State Bar in 1998, concentrating in complex family and matrimonial law matters. He is a partner at Boyd, Fenambucq & Dunn, P.C. where his practice regularly implements both federal and state law in property division issues such as alimony, retirement benefits, business and asset valuations, custody disputes, child support and tax issues. Charles is a frequent lecturer on family law issues, and often teaches and speaks to other lawyers at continuing education seminars. He has written and published numerous articles on a vast array of subjects pertaining to his field of practice. His trial practice mainly focuses within Shelby and Jefferson Counties, and he has a state-wide appellate practice.
