Biographical Information

Kolin, a National Merit Commended Scholar and AP Scholar with Distinction, plans to attend medical school. To that end, he interned with a neurosurgeon last January and volunteered with Cahaba Valley Health Care, a nonprofit that provides health services to uninsured individuals. Kolin will also be participating in a medical study abroad trip in the Dominican Republic this January with Samford's department of kinesiology and nutrition sciences. In his free time, Kolin serves as the social activities chair for the Samford Outdoor Adventure Club.
