Alice B. Martin, M.A.T. Director. Oversees department. Contact person for internship, part-time job and graduate school information
Lindsay Seaborn, M.S. Career Coordinator (job search). Provides job search assistance to seniors, alumni/-ae, and reciprocal students. Liaison to School of Business. Also, in conjunction with the School of Education, plans and implements Teacher Interview Day for graduating student teachers. Primary contact for employers wanting to recruit on campus.
Heather Mitchell, M.A., M.Ed. Career Counselor. Provides individual career counseling to freshmen and Undeclared Majors. Maintains Career Resource Library.
Brent Latta, M.Ed. Career Counselor. Provides individual career counseling for any student wishing to change a major. Provides job-search assistance to seniors, alumni/ae, and reciprocal students in the Arts & Sciences.

Mission

The mission of the Career Development Center is to nurture students, graduates, and University employees by offering services within a Christian community in the discovery, use, and dissemination of career and educational information through self assessment instructions, occupational information, employment opportunities both before and after graduation, and job search guidance thus facilitating the discovery and accomplishment of career goals through educated and responsible decision making, and to improve continuously Career Development Center procedures, resources, and activities.
