Non-Routine Request


  1. Moving or relocation of office and classroom furnishings.
  2. Pick up and delivery of items to campus buildings (not including UPS).
  3. Pick up and delivery of items off-campus.
  4. Set-ups for special event workshops, seminars, concerts, or for any off campus events.
  5. Coverage of all after hours events (labor charged at over time rate).
  6. Construction of shelves, book-cases, bulletin boards or other items.
  7. Installation of additional wall outlets, switches, light fixtures or electrical equipment.
  8. Installation of telephone or computer equipment.
  9. Change or replace door locks for reasons other than normal wear and use.
  10. Pick up of mail, boxes or packages for delivery to Post Office.
  11. Repairs or service to departmental equipment or appliances.
  12. Renovation or alteration of offices, classrooms or storage areas.
  13. Installation of carpet or floor tile.
  14. Requests for material from Facility Services supplies inventory.
