  5. Regulating or repairs to temperature controls.
  6. Distribution of items from Central Receiving  to campus buildings.
  7. Set up for routinely scheduled events such as convocation.
  8. Normal maintenance of carpet tile and wall areas.
  9. Replacement of ceiling or floor tile due to damage from water leaks, fire, etc.
  10. Repair to office furniture (if on University inventory list).
  11. Grounds area and maintenance.
  12. Repairs to windows, screens and blinds.
  13. Housekeeping functions.
  14. Repair or replacement of fire extinguishing equipment due to recommended usage.
  15. Request for job cost estimates.
