COURT AND COUNTRY. Course explores the implicit values generated
in British representation of court and country life. The course
focuses on links between philosophies of art or literature, history,
landscape design, and politics as they are differently manifested
in rural and urban settings. Credits 4. Dr. Jane Hiles
HIST/JMC/POLS 399.02X - WORLD WAR II IN BRITAIN. The course is designed
to give students an understanding and appreciation of World War
II in Britain through a study of the ordeals of the British leaders,
citizens, and American participation in this conflict. Credits 4.
