- Duties:
The summary for this position is to assist the Head Track Coach in all phases of developing an NCAA Division I track, Field and Cross Country Program.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Assist in the organization and administration of the Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country Programs including practice planning, recruiting, skill development and conditioning and instructing in performance techniques.
- Supervise graduate assistant(s), if applicable.
- Performance of specific duties as assigned.
- Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year's coaching experience at the collegiate level or exceptional high school coaching credentials.
