- Duties:
- Provide technical support to the Assistant Director of Admission during software upgrade to new versions of Recruitment Plus
- Establish working relationships with outside vendors of the Office of Admission (Private Colleges & Universities, NRCCUA, All Nursing)
- Maintain communications with internal User Services Department pertaining to computer issues (troubleshooting Internet problems, scheduling upgrade & installing new software & etc.)
- Responsible for online systems (applications, registrations, etc.)
- Responsible for reporting printer or copier malfunctions to necessary specialists
- Responsible for installing and training of new licensees; coordinate efforts with processing
- Responsible for building reports and importing and exporting both in .txt and .csv files.
- Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of computer technology, equipment, various software products and the ability to assist/assess technical support needs and repairs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with faculty, staff (office of recruiting and processing specifically), students, parents and the community in general
- Must be able to pass tests showing basic skills in arithmetic, computer knowledge, English language, English spelling and vocabulary and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Capacity to learn Recruitment Plus software and Access-based programs to build reports and import and export both in .txt and .csv files.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- A Computer Science or information technology degree
