"Should Christians Seek Power?"

Dr. Michael Lindsay, respected sociologist, author and president of Gordon College, spoke at Samford on February 15th and 16th, 2012. On Wednesday evening, he held an informal conversation with Dr. John Knapp and audience members on the topic, "Should Christians Seek Power?" The event was well attended, with student and faculty attendees, as well as guests from the community.

During his visit, Dr. Lindsay also gave a presentation on "Does God Care How I Vote?" to a large group of Samford undergraduate students, as part of the Mann Center's ongoing A. Gerow Hodges Lectures in Ethics and Leadership.
