Culture Shock Samford: The Life of a Chinese Student in the South

Courageous Conversations: Culture Shock Samford focused on ways Samford's American and Chinese students can build stronger relationships and learn from each other. The program was kicked off by Professor Angela Ferguson, Director of International Initiatives at Samford. Student facilitators included Monica Longoria (Senior/Graphic Design), Darren Gray (Junior/History), Rebecca Liang (Freshman/Pre-Business), and Kirby Xu (Senior/Accounting).

The event was part of the Mann Center's ongoing series of Courageous Conversations, and was co-sponsored by the office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.
