Now that you have committed to Samford University, it is time to kick start your college experience.
Samford's new student orientation program, Bulldog Days, is designed to help students prepare for the next four years, providing the chance to register for classes and to learn more about campus life.
"Bulldog Days is a great resource for students to begin the process of transitioning from high school to life at Samford," Admission Counselor David Presley said. "From useful and practical information sessions to late-night karaoke, orientation serves as our very own welcome to the Samford family."
Registration opens April 1. Students must pay their enrollment deposit before they can register for orientation.
The sessions are:
Bulldog Days I, June 3-4
Bulldog Days II, June 10-11
Bulldog Days III, June 17-18
Bulldog Days IV, August 21-23
An additional session for transfer students will take place on June 14.
Enrolled students will need their Samford user name and password to register through the Samford portal. Contact the Technology Services Help Desk at 205-726-2662 for difficulties in locating the information or with other troubleshooting.
Any additional questions can be directed to the Office of Admission at firstname.lastname@example.org or 205-726-4230.
