Samford University’s Metro College will hold an Education Fair Saturday, Sept. 18, 9 a.m. until 12 noon, in the Sciencenter Planetarium. The public is invited free of charge.

Representatives of the non-credit Samford After Sundown community course program and the evening undergraduate degree program for adults will be on hand to answer questions. Information will be available on financial aid, library services, and other helpful topics.

At 10 a.m., five Metro College students and an instructor will give personal accounts of their college experiences.

The Metro College evening program, leading to associate and bachelor’s degrees, offers classes during five nine-week terms each year. The next term begins Oct. 13.

Samford After Sundown offers dozens of noncredit professional and personal development courses, including certification in black and white and color photography, pharmacy technician and healthcare interpreter programs.

For information, call (205) 726-2898, or go to the Metro College website.
