Luder Whitlock to Address Beeson Divinity Convocation
Luder Whitlock, president of Reformed Theological Seminary, will address the Fall semester opening convocation at Beeson Divinity School, Samford University, Tuesday, Sept. 7. The program will be at 11 a.m. in Beeson Divinity Chapel.
Dr. Whitlock joined the Seminary faculty in 1975, became acting president in 1978 and president in 1979. He is acting president of the Foundation for Reformation, a director of Key Life Network, Inc., and a member of the Fellowship of Evangelical Seminary Presidents.
Founded in 1966, Reformed Theological Seminary is one of the 10 largest seminaries in the U.S. It has an enrollment of 1,900 on three campuses in Jackson, Miss., Orlando, Fla., and Charlotte, N.C.
Beeson Divinity School, founded in 1988, enrolls 215 students in its master of divinity, master of theological studies and doctor of ministry degree programs.
