For additional information call NurCE at 205-726-2045 or e-mail nurce@samford.edu General Program InformationRegistration begins 30 minutes prior to program start time.Registration and Fee:The registration fee for each program covers the program, handout materials, and certificate of attendance. Complete and return the registration form five (5) days prior to the date of the selected program. Space is limited and registrations are accepted in the order received. Confirmation of registration and directions to the facility will be sent upon receipt of registration form and payment.Cancellations and Refunds:Written requests for REFUNDS are honored, less a $10.00 processing fee, if received three days prior to the date of the program for which you registered. NurCE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of program cancellation, a full refund will be issued.Continuing Education Credit:Each program is approved for the designated contact hours by NurCE, an Alabama Board of Nursing continuing education provider (Provider Number ABNP0004, valid through 12/23/10).
