In an effort to monitor the incidence of influenza-like-illness at Samford, Student Health Services requests that individuals diagnosed with influenza or those that have missed class or work due to influenza like illness, report such via the ILI survey. The information collected will be used to track the incidence of ILI on campus and monitor for trends and peaks in activity. Individuals needing medical care or treatment for ILI should contact Student Health Services directly at 205-726-2835 or their own health care provider.
