Pastoral Partnerships for Excellence
Pastoral Partnerships for Excellence
is a program that has involved teams of successful pastors from different races, denominations, and ministry contexts. The Resource Center for Pastoral Excellence provided training in theological reflection, ethnographic skills, systemic approaches to church assessment, and research assistance. The purpose of the program is to gather useful, practical insights related to personal growth and pastoral leadership in a variety of contexts.
Partners have completed writing reflective case studies and have begun preparing results for publication on the RCPE website and in written form. The case studies and reflections on congregational leadership have useful insights for both clergy and laity.
