What do I do about roommate conflicts?

Living in a Residence Hall is a learning experience for each student.  Students are encouraged to work out roommate conflicts among themselves. However, Resident Assistants, Resident Managers, and the Residence Life Educators are also a good resource in resolving roommate conflicts.
