Samford University Students in London

From September through November 1999, 22 students and two professors from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, lived in London, studied, worked in various internships, and visited historic and scientifically significant sites throughout Great Britain.   Faculty-in-residence for the group were Dr. Ronald N. Jenkins (Biology) and Dr. Randolph Horn (History). Students had a choice of several courses, including "Science, Religion, and Ethics: Exploring Our Origins and Destinations;" "The British Invasion: Empire and Immigration in the Nations of Great Britain;" "The British Theatre;" and "Music and Art in London."
