Museum on Main Street (partnered with The Smithsonian) presents "Between Fences."
West Blocton has been chosen as the site for The Museum on Main Street/Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and the State Humanities Council's exhibit of "Between Fences".

This exhibit is about your home and the land on which it stands. It is a story of the settling of the United States, the establishment of its communities and the building of its borders. It's about intimacy and conflict, creativity and industry, restraint and liberation. In other words this exhibition is about fences.

"Between Fences" will be located in the Cahaba Lily Building, 1012 Main Street.  For more information concerning the exhibit, call the West Blocton City
Hall at(205)938-7622 or visit www.musuemonmainstreet.org .
