Sigma Tau Delta English Honorary Society sponsored an English majors picnic on October 2 at the home of Dr. Rosemary Fisk, Associate Dean of Arts and Sciences and English professor. There were over thirty students present including English majors and several prospective English majors. Joe Dixon, President of STD, was the chef at the grill assisted by Mary Garrison and Shannon McDaniel. It was a gorgeous day as we enjoyed the beautiful view from atop Shades Mountain.
