Adult Evening Undergraduate

Samford After Sundown

Credit courses and degree programs designed for adult learners A collection of noncredit professional and personal development courses offered in the daytime and evening

There is more than one road a student can take to a college education. While the traditional route is to make college the next step after high school, for some it is not the most realistic path. Many people, for as many reasons, wait until they are adults to pursue their education. At that point in the journey, their perspective may be different but the desire for a quality education that offers lifelong advantages has not changed.

Samford's Metro Programs was developed to create a rewarding balance between the adult viewpoint and the ageless joy of learning. The pivotal balance is the Samford philosophy that says a worthwhile education is more than the facts and figures one knows. Rather, it is:

the critical and creative way you think

the articulate way you write and speak,

and the clarity of the decision making guided by Christian principles.

Metro Programs puts that classic Samford University education within your reach by putting it within the adult realities of your life.
