ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION PROCEDURES

To make application to the McWhorter School of Pharmacy (MSOP), the applicant must complete the national on-line application at PharmCAS (www.PharmCAS.org). This application allows the applicant to apply to approximately fifty pharmacy schools throughout the nation. Official transcripts and PCAT scores are sent to PharmCAS. This information is then sent to every pharmacy school the applicant designates.

MSOP now requires all applicants to submit the required letters of recommendation through PharmCAS.

The addition of microbiology to the Pre-pharmacy prerequisites will only affect those students applying for Fall 2008 and beyond.

  • Re-application process information:

    If you are re-applying to MSOP you must complete a new PharmCAS application and a new MSOP supplemental application. You must re-submit your PCAT score to PharmCAS. We will keep the letters of recommendation from the previous year BUT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPLACE AT LEAST ONE OF THEM. You may replace either the academic or non-academic or both, the choice is yours.

    Students with non-US/Canadian transcript must have their credits evaluated by a third party evaluation service. We prefer World Education Services.  A WES report must be sent to BOTH PharmCAS and McWhorter School of Pharmacy office of admissions.
