Student Judiciary Council

The Student Judiciary Council is comprised of 9 undergraduate justices and 1 Chief Justice consisting of 3 sophomores, 3 juniors, and 4 seniors.  Each justice serves until resignation, impeachment, or graduation.  The purpose of the Student Judiciary Council is to maintain fairness and impartiality within the Samford Code of Values and the Values Process.  In addition, the Judiciary Council is responsible for interpreting and enforcing the SGA Constitution.
