exchanges

An exchange program that involves two faculty or staff--one from Samford and the other from a sister TEV school. The goal of the exchange is for Samford to gain knowledge and skills from the pioneering TEV work of other schools to meet the overall goal of the SIM grant and in return for Samford personnel to share knowledge and expertise from an area of strength and/or experience.

The SIM Grant seeks to fund 2 to 4 exchanges in the 2006/2007 academic year.

Applications will need to include:

• purpose and connection to goal of SIM grant
• description of exchange
• abbreviated vita of participants in exchange
• activity plan/schedule
• budget and budget narrative
