Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy: Contact Resources

Individuals Who Suspect They Are a Victim of Sexual Misconduct (as previously defined):
Samford University is concerned about the health, safety and well-being of all members of the university community. If you, or someone you know, believe that you may be a victim of sexual misconduct, you are encouraged to seek immediate assistance. The Assistant Dean of Student Services is the Title IX Coordinator for complaints involving students. The Director of Human Resources is the Title IX Coordinator for all other complaints.
