Software for Your New Computer (PC)
Your new computer will have the following software before we arrive to install it:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1
- Microsoft Office 2007 including:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Publisher
- Microsoft Forefront (for virus protection)
- FileZilla FTP
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Adobe Flash
There are many free software titles that many people on campus use. They are availble on request at the time of the install. They include but are not limited to:
There are also many software titles that people use on campus that are licenced by the university. Others software titles are paid for by the department. Please let us know if you have any of the following titles when you schedule your install:
- SnagIt
- RecruitmentPlus
- R25 Live!
- Corel WordPerfect
- Adobe Products:
- Dreamweaver
- Studio
- Acrobat Pro
- Flash
- Premier
- PASW (SPSS)
- MiniTab
If you have other titles that are required for you to do your job, please let us know when you schedule your installation.
