Technology Services is offering a new video training program for all employees. Samford University acquired the rights to use the SANS Institute Securing the Human video program. SANS Institute is a non-profit organization, one of the very best in providing technology security training. The program is a series of short videos (each is 1 to 7 minutes in length) on an important variety of technology security issues. A small quiz of three questions is presented at the end of each video. If you take all the videos, you will have a broad education for users on technology security practice and protecting yourself and others from cybercrime. All employees are eligible and encouraged to take the training. Click here to take the course. It is presented using the University Learning Management System and you can log in using your normal ID/password credentials.
