Technology Services is pleased to announce that Help Desk support is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes nights, weekends, holidays, and campus closure dates. The official launch follows a soft launch of the service that began September 7th. With this added service, Samford faculty, staff, and students can now receive assistance with technology needs over the phone anytime. Hands-on assistance and email support will continue to be available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
This completes strategic technology plan initiative 1.4, "Creation of a 24x7 Help Desk". We hope that you will find this new service to be helpful and convenient.
