Creating a password you can remember is very important, and not especially difficult to accomplish. You can make your password safer, and easy to remember.  For example, I really like the movie, Hunt for Red October.  I like the number 7. My favorite military branch is the Navy.  Blue is a common color used by the Navy.  Using this information, I derive the password HfRo7Navyblue (no, it is not really my password).  Notice the mix of capital letters and use of a number.  It is also 13 positions long.
