Summer Undergraduate Research Program Application+
In an effort to promote undergraduate research in Arts and Sciences, up to eight Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) scholarships will be offered to students for the summer of 2009. The SURP program allows students and faculty to work together on a project that would be difficult to accomplish during the regular academic terms. All awards are for projects to be conducted while in residence at Samford. SURP awards are for independent study without academic credit. Awards will be made on a competitive basis after a review by the executive staff and advisory board of the college.
