Professor of Psychology Sandra Willis presented A History of Samford University’s Psychology Department at the Southeastern Psychological Association’s History Symposium in Atlanta March 13-16. Professor Jackie Goldstein contributed by interviewing Jan Teal, former professor and chair of the department prior to professor Stephen Chew’s appointment in 1993. 

Willis also was nominated for the office of Secretary-Treasurer of the SEPA at the organization’s annual conference.

The Southeastern Psychological Association is a regional organization of American Psychological Association with a membership over 3000 psychologist researchers and clinicians.
