Experts on HIV Epidemic Among Women in South, Pain Modulation to Speak at Samford Oct. 31, Nov. 7

Samford University's Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences will host public medical lectures Oct. 31 and Nov. 7.

Dr. Mirjam-Colette Kempf of the University of Alabama at Birmingham will discuss "The HIV Epidemic Among Women in the South - the Past, the Presence and the Future" Oct. 31 in Christenberry Planetarium.

Dr. Rob Sorge of the University of Alabama at Birmingham will discuss “Immune System Modulation of Pain" November 7 at 2:30 in Christenberry Planetarium. 

The events are free of charge and open to the public. Seating is limited to 94.
