Critical Language Tutor - American Sign Language
Educated, native or near native speaker of American Sign Language will guide a small class or classes of elementary-level students of that language through an established course of study of the target language during the semester. S/he will sign with students in class, evaluate student signing performance and help prepare students for a final exam with an external examiner.
The tutor must be a United States resident and eligible to work here.

- Bachelor of Arts in American Sign Language OR American Sign Language Teachers Association (ASLTA) certification OR Certified Deaf Interpreter (CDI or DI), OR Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) certification OR Master's Licensed Interpreter OR Graduate of an Interpreter Training Program
- 2 or more years' ASL teaching experience
