Job Description
The student office assistant will work with the faculty and staff of the Department of World Languages and Cultures 10-15 hours per week. The hours are flexible based on the student's schedule.

General office duties will include:
Making copies
Scanning
Filing
Data entry
Assistance with organizing events
Running errands campus-wide
Special projects
Assisting departmental faculty & staff

Federal Work/Study earnings will be paid biweekly in the form of a check or direct deposit payable to the student. This award does not credit to the account of the student as payment toward University charges.

Qualifications
Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish
Familiarity with office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Efficiency

Positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential matters and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
