Staff employees are granted vacation each year on July 1.  All vacation must be used during that calendar year.  Grant received is dependent upon years of service.   Newly hired staff employees receive a pro-rated amount of vacation during their first year of employment, which is available after 3 months of employment. Administrative-Faculty employees and also Faculty on 12-month contracts receive 24 days at the beginning of each fiscal year.  All vacation must be taken within fiscal year. Available immediately.
