Samford's Howard College of Arts and Sciences sponsored its 6th Annual Old Howard 100 Bike Ride Saturday, April 17.  The event is held to benefit Sowing Seeds of Hope, a ministry in Perry Country that seeks to improve the quality of life and work in Perry County through improved education opportunities, health care, tourism, transportation and economic development. This year, the event raised more than $3,000 for Perry County.
